Despite the recent statement by the Prime Minister, headquarters has been working with the National Youth Agency, and they have confirmed that Scouting remains an essential service in the youth sector, and as such is exempt from any new restrictions.

we will continue to monitor the situation both locally and nationally and act in accordance with the policies and frameworks sent to us by headquarters.

We are almost in a position to make announcements about future plans, so please check back later this week.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
